Iodine are known to be the fibroid buster. Not familiar with this type of it, but at least it is not cancerous, so you have time to postpone an operation while you try alternatives.

Painting with Iodine on breasts, + taking it internally as well should give result within a year, but large dosages probably needed, minimum 50 mg daily. Make sure you read the basics of the co-minerals and vitamins like selenium, magnesium, vit B etc.

Also, ditch the bra for at least a few hours a day. Support the lymph drainage in every way possible.
