This is my opinion, and I'm still kind of new at this right now. I started
Iodine and various other supplements along with it in early June after I had done a month of
Sea Salt and water drinking. BTW, I didn't know about the
Iodine yet when I started that. I found the
Sea Salt and water on watercures.org , which that place has been such a blessing to me. The good
Sea Salt , either Celtic or then the brand called Redmond's Real Salt, it has all the trace minerals in it and is very helpful to our bodies. There are other brands that are good as well. The salt/water help rid our bodies of bromine, a poison. Please read the book by Lynne Farrow called "The
Iodine Crisis: What You Don't Know About Iodine Can Wreck Your Life." I have read this book, but I always keep it around to reread certain parts of it. I also heard from Lynne when I wrote to her. She is really trying to make everyone aware of our lack of iodine.
Anyway, I'm sure your wife would definitely benefit from iodine. Keep in mind, though, that you MUST add certain supplements. One very important one is selenium, but it's better with selenomethionine, 200 mcg. I take ATP Cofactors, which has Vitamin B2 and B3, but the B3, I think it is, is the nonflush Niacin called inositol hexanicotinate.
Please tell her to read the book. I'm sure she will be totally into it, as well as you might be too. Both of you need iodine. Our nation has become extremely deficient on it. It's a required nutrient, but there are things that can help you. In the meantime, get a good doctor knowledgeable about iodine and Dr. Brownstein's and Dr. Guy Abraham's protocol. I can't find one in my rural area yet. Maybe I can find one in a larger city, which is a distance. However, in the meantime, I have to become my own doctor, so to speak.
So right now I wish you and your wife the best and the best of health. Please keep us informed about progress. This helps us as well as your wife. I just read that these types of things are noncancerous. But best to fight it right now before it becomes so. She's so young.
Take care & kind regards!
