Yes those are very important words of wisdom and encouragement.
I am staying away from heavy metal detox for a bit longer, currently there is a part of my colon that's not moving really but I'm OK with it just trying to let the innate wisdom of my body do its thing and going to do a couple days juice/bone broth fasting while continuing treatment just a little less aggressive. I am resting I guess after this last few intense weeks. Last time my body needed a test fromdetox and parasite treatment I got "flu" I think it was just detox reaction, worse than I've ever had, so I was forced to stay in bed and not eat. This time I'm trying to take care of myself before that happens.
Wow you've really been through a lot. That takes so much strength and courage. Also I know what a solo journey it can be at times. It is encouraging to hear how far you've come. Tweet
