OMG! This sounds like me! I'm having the same Ascaris issues with constipation, nothing works, not even Castor oil, but I only used that twice so far. The latest thing I tried was MOM (milk of magnesia), and it helped a little. Miralax is a joke, only Dulcolax, & Epsom salt, work a little better.

I'm usually sitting on the toilet straining, pushing, & yelling, to force it out! I had to go to the Emergency rm. twice for an enema, $65 each time! Because I can't do it myself. Two days ago, I went for my 1st colonic, and IMO, not much came out?

IMO, the Roundworms are permanently swollen up somewhere affecting my colon, causing the constipation. That appears what they do, swell up most of the time during the day, and shrink when I go to sleep. I have 2 in my groin leg joint area that annoy me, & restrict my walking, sitting, & when lying down to sleep, plus 3 more in my back that do the same thing, so most of the time I can't even lean back, plus one more on my tailbone that interferes with my sitting! I usually have to shift from one butt cheek to the other when sitting, or it starts burning inside.

A car ride is another nightmare, in the passenger seat, I have to grab a door handle, then pull myself forward against the seat belt, and shift my butt from side, to side, to avoid bouncing on my tailbone, then I feel some of them like dead weight hanging off me inside, over every bump! Yuch, Disgusting!!!

I wish I had a way to deflate them somehow?
