Can Toxocara Disseminate?

Well, we may finally have a lead. I got my wife tested for both Toxocara and Strongyloides thru the Mayo Clinic. The strongloides came back negative, but the toxocara came back positive. My question is, can toxocara disseminate? I have been tested negative for toxocara, but am wondering if it's similar to strongyloides in the way that if you have it and are treated with steroids, if it can disseminate?

Does anyone know if this can happen?
