I'm doing this for weight loss and this time I will be adding 30 min everyday on the treadmill (brisk walk). I have done many long master cleanses and my last one was a 40 day Water Fast but I never felt like exercising before, I never had the energy to. But to speed up weight loss I will make sure to add atleast 30 min of walking. I have about 71 lbs to lose to achieve an ideal weight based on my height.
After my 31 day water fast, Will skipping the cayenne pepper lessen the effects of weight loss? If I follow The Master Cleanse protocol?
Also do you think it be better to add dandelion tea, or detox tea while on a Water Fast if I'm doing this for weight loss? Or do you think It's better to stay on just water.
