After many attempts of trying to start this fast, I'm on my 2nd day. I try to drink a gallon per day because it helps me shed water weight when I was weight lifting. But you said to only drink according to thirst?
Ive never done dry fasting. How do you intermittently do that? and for how long? I haven't had any water right now, but my mouth is very dry.
I was also thinking this...instead of The Master Cleanse maybe replaced it with a protein shake for maybe 14 days? I'm using this brand "Jay Robb" and its claimed to have clean ingredients.
I would have the same amount of calories as doing the Master cleanse. About 600. What do you think?
