If weight is the goal, definitely skip the salt-water flush part of The Master Cleanse because sodium causes water-retention and bloating.
the cayenne and the dandelion tea and so on will make no difference. In the unlilkey event they do have some effect, I doubt it will be greater than that of 5 jumping jacks :).
During the Water Fast I think it's best to stay on just water because you want your body to be busy with processing crap out, not with dealing with additional things you add. Many people also say that when you are doing a long water fast, it is easier to stick to the fast if you take in nothing else.
