4) QRS (it is a Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency device i.e. PEMF)
5) Rebounder
6) VitaMix blender
7) Omega juicer
8) Bicycle (I started riding recently, so far about 4 times/week on average, 250km/month)

As far as probiotics goes, I'm taking VSL#3 Medical Grade Probiotic 450 billion/packet (take up to 8 packets per day).
I'm taking about 2 a day, but I'm so inconsistent with it. After seeing all of these parasites I'm definitely going to be going up to maybe 4/day and space it out throughout the day (& hopefully be consistent with it).
