taking small breaks, like a day or two at the most, is a good idea. your thyroid has had to do without much Iodine if any. your halogen imbalance is individual to your environment. keep at it. you will get your thyroid turned around with patience and doing what you know is good for it.
if you are not on thyrod hormones you might try thyroid gland from nutrimeds. if you are not hypothyroid use the bovine thyroid. if you are experiencing hypo symptoms, use the porcine thyroid which is more bioidentical to human and has the effect of prescription armour in it.
