I read your previous posts, and it seems that you received this fecal odor by having intercourse with a woman who had a yeast infection.

For people like you, this is incredibly easy to cure; just keep doing what you are doing (the diet that you've been on for 3 weeks), and you'll eventually be fine. Add an antifungal if you want to, but I believe that the diet alone can probably heal you.

The reason why I believe your case is so simple is because you have a straight answer: you had sex, and you started to develop symptoms. Its textbook yeast infection. For people like me, who practically had this for YEARS without any straight - up causes, this is difficult to diagnose. Tweet
