Update: My husband is recovering!!!! :)

He is recovering by chelating, using DMSA and ALA every three hours. We suspected mercury poisoning after not having much luck with the parasite treatment, and must have guessed correctly.

He is finally sleeping through the night now!!!! Now he just has to work on getting his digestion back to normal, but life is so much better again. Thank you again for everyone who replied before.
