Many swings here, a few base hits, but no magic pill, cause there ain't such a thing.

Just as the desire to be of help feeds an emotional need so to it often depletes the recipient as the value received is often misplaced even though the intent of the help was noble. This is the main reason I normally don't respond to help me posts, I might be right, I might be crazy.

The body follows the mind, heal the mind and the body follows. We are electrical beings charged by our emotions. Fear depletes our charge, love increases. In the body it is expressed as either catabolism or anabolism. It's difficult to effect what you can not see, seeing is critical.

No matter the ailment the body itself is best suited to deal with it as no germ, parasite, or other intruder can survive a healthy charged body with proper nutrition and a loving mind.

Antioxidants like vit C, ALA and others help raise electrical charge but negative emotion will always trump any outside help.

It's not all in your head but it is however all up to your head.

Water, weed and love your garden and it will bless you in time. Mine certainly has. Tweet
