Black-Walnut , kelp powder, essential oils, coconut oil at least a couple tbs. each day, hot water sweat baths with cold water after, rest lots of rest, herbs, taking any and all herbal teas, infusion, or supplements cleanses the blood, purifies and detoxes, antioxidant. it wouldn't hurt to take all of these, or spread them out over time, all easy on the system.
don't eat any sugar, and try lots of antiparasitic sour fruits l like lemons, limes, pomegranate and unsweetened cranberry juice. lots of raw salads, and taking your anti
