Do you think the government have an answer to it and interested to investigate about it? On the contrary! If they would try to treat it they would have to deny all their pharma because they know the culprit is the medications+ Drinking water treatments+ foods full of poisons inc. fruits & vegs, meats & eggs, Milk & cheeses, and everything else.. would mean no economic gain to the country. So don't trust nobody just do your research and go the alternaive way...
I suffer from BB and BO all my life (over 40 years) passed 2 endoscopies, barium and endless x- rays. Didn't find anything. By me it's also sharp pains along all the digestive tract, cutting pains burning feeling acidity.. too many to count no medication in the world left i didn't take. Yes people are really cruel to people suffering from BB/BO. This is deseas of pain and humilation. Tests are all normal, no over acidity shown in the blood sphincter isn't loose. No ulcer diagnosed.
