Hi!

Congrats and thanks for sharing! Can you please tell us how many pills you took, when you took them and with what, and how many strains of probiotics each has? Also, how long til you saw results? I am taking Garden of Life pro. and have yet to see results, but I have only been taking for about a week and a half.

Have you changed your diet at all?
