Re: Unexpected dry fast

My problem was not in my adrenals, it was a miscommunication between my hypothalamus and my adrenals. My adrenalson could not get the message to produce cortisol. My Endocrinologist did not even have a name for it, just some sort of auto immune disorder. I had three difrent blood tests, i dont remember the names. I was told I would be on steroids for life. I completed a 21 day water fast, after that my labs came back normal. My Dr thought the results were wrong. I had not expected anything like that. Tweet
