Re: Unexpected dry fast

Hello Archus, thanks for the reply. I had not thought about intermintint dry and water fasting. That is really resonating with me now. I plan on breaking the dry fast at 6:00 am tomorrow, that will be 84 hours. I will see how it go's and see if restating the dry fast feels right.

I don't have a toung scraper, but I have been brushing my toung with my tooth brush. The taste in my mouth is gross but just a part of the prosses.

I am so very greatfull for my Dr, she is AMAZING! She literally saved my life a few years ago, after seeing four different Dr's she found out that my adrenal glands had compleat7shut down, I had absalu8no cortisol in my body. Who knows how long that had been going on.

Amazingly the Water Fast I completed a few years back resolved the autoimmune issue that was causing the problem.

My Dr was the one that first suggested a water fast, I though she was a bit crazy, but I looked into it. The more I read the more sense it made, I am amazed how many doors that opened t
for me.

How long are you planning on fasting?
