Thanks for sharing your experience. I am also suffering with AF due to a trauma in my life. I took many supplements, but no avail. I also have Hypothyroid, which are all interconnected. Unfortunately, we do not get saliva tests where I live.

What test did you do to find out that you adrenals were shot? How long did it take you to heal your adrenals? Was it one fast? How long were the fasts? I am a born vegetarian so never had any meats, I eat eggs now, but hoping to go raw.

Hopefully this fast has helped me a bit. It feels like it has. I would love to continue for 30 days but work is always in the way.
