Try mixing 2 cups clay, 1/3 c. borax and 1 Tablespoon nutmeg with water into a thick paste, then glob it onto your nose/sinus area, and ~carefully~ around eyes. Don't get it up your nose. Work it back and forth and into the pores... -No Lie- "stuff" starts pulling out! Lots of stuff from black and white cheesy grit to fluid, etc... Not out of your nose holes but pores at duct areas(I think). Doing this has given me relief from pressure build up. I can feel and hear the pressure popping changes in my ears, back of throat and sinuses. Possibly it's saved my life. Doing this alone isn't going to cure you of the parasites but can help clear out some build up.

This was 3 years ago. I still use the clay mix around the eyes, T-zone, and lymph nodes along the jaw/neck. It's messy but it helps!
