Hi, I have had success with treating sinuses with xylitol. I heat one liter distilled water and add five heaping tablespoons of xylitol, then stir till xylitol is dissolved. When solution is cool enough, I put it in netty pot and irrigate sinuses. I find that this kills everything in my nose and sinuses and do it at least once a day. I do not ingest the xylitol as I believe that large quantities are harmful. Tweet
