Re: Is this SIBO??? please help!
I am not 100% sure what caused the loss of my menstruation, honestly, it only happened once when I was a teen and from then on, I was on hormones then on birth control and and soon as I quit it all, it all stopped ( I am 41 now) The doctors said my ovaries just stopped growing, but that never made sense to me because when I took hormones, I had a period.
I suspect it could have been
parasites that caused me not to menstruate, just not sure - on a quest to find the answer to that since doctors have done nothing to help.

parasites cause the digestive and adrenal issues, not many people realize this. They are taking away your nutrients and causing constipation on top of that. Then when they "go" they emit ammonia into the body (can you say fatigue??) And when you are not going often enough and not absorbing enough nutrients because thecolon/intestines are blocked, this causes even more fatigue.
............................
COLON CLEANSING: This is #1. Make sure you are keeping your bowels moving!! If you want to go to professional colon hydrotherapist, I say yes do it! But I would suggest purchasing an enema kit and do it yourself. You will want to do this often, it can be a pain, but it's worth it. I suggest using LAVENDER OIL in the enema as well. This will kill the parasites, hands down!
If the enema kit is too expensive for you, purchase a $5 catheter syringe. You will want to do enemas until you know you are going on your own ATLEAST 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY. You will need to take probiotics along with it! (saurkraut, pickles, yogurt, chow chow, etc. they even have capsules).
My sister takes diatomaceous earth and it makes her go, not me for some reason! I take DE + Vitality Capsules by Dr.
Jennifer Daniels , if those are sold out, I suggest Healthforce Nutritionals, Intestinal Movement Capsules. If none of these, try
Oxypowder .
Like I've said, I am not a doctor! I just suggest what has worked for me, it's taken me 8 to 10 months to find what works for my body, I do a lot of research on natural ways to heal the body and share what I've learned and what's helped me get rid of the chronic fatigue/
parasites I had.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING GOOD FATS, I may have mentioned this before ... eat eggs, avocado, all natural mayonnaise, olives, nuts, this will help with fatigue and it's good for your body right now, it needs the energy.
I am going to assume that you stay cold all the time too, right? I HIGHLY suggest you purchase IODONE and take vitamins along with it (IODINE PROTOCOL) you can research that in Curezone search box. The thyroid thrives off of IODINE, this will help reduce fatigue and help raise your body temperature.
Keep me posted :)
