I don't know much about SIBO, but it sounds like the symptoms of SIBO are that of having parasites....

Constipation / diarrhea
Acid reflux
the sloshing sound in the stomach
gas, bloating

All signs of parasites...

Do you have any other symptoms you didn't mention? Like acne, dry skin / skin problems, waking up in the middle of the night often, itchy ears/butt, excess weight, losing weight, pain in joints or muscles?

Enemas will work, I also take a colon cleanser, you could try Oxypowder , haven't tried it yet, but have heard great things about it.
