did you have any other problems such as adrenal issues or thyroid issues that could have caused or contributed to your loss of menstruation?

while i do have digestive issues, ive also been suffering badly from adrenal issues and autoimmune thyroid disease, so my period could have stopped for those reasons too.

as for the digestive issues, my main issue right now is that i dont really have normal bowel movements. i go about once every other day and i eat about 3 to 4 meals a day, meaning that my body is probably extremely toxic from the overload of stuff that just sits in me. do you think that your suggestions would help speed up that process of elimination or would i need a professional colon hydrotherapy?

is it ok to do diatamacous earth treatments before colon cleansing? or is that used for colon cleansing? sorry, im new to all this!

what would be a good colon cleanser? would that be DE? thanks!
