The Lugol's is 2% and I'm taking one drop a day.
I skip a lot of days when I get too many side effects.
I don't use any magnets.
I've done a LOT of cleanses in the past and now I'm taking it easy on those, only minimal amounts of H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) as needed.
