Re: addicted to coconut oil, is this dangerous?

thank you for writing back!!
interesting..i never thought that my body could be craving coconut oil for a specific reason.
i thought i just reallyyyy liked the buttery texture and taste of it because its about as close to ice cream and anything interesting as i can get on this horribly boring diet. i was thinking it was more of a characteristic of an eating disorder---when people restrict (for whatever reason that may be-whether to lose weight or for health reasons)- they can develop new cravings that mimic the old foods they used to eat.

i have no idea what my saliva ph is.

i think my stomach acdidity is very low. i dont digest most of my food and a good third of what i eat ends up raw in my stools. i also reflux some of my food after eating.

my teeth are fine. my skin is aging (wrinkles around eyes at age 22), and my hair has thinned a lot and is drier than it used to be. but i also have low thyroid levels, low progesterone, and havent menstruated in a year (most likely due to adrenal issues).

im not overweight or underweight-pretty average i think.

i am blue eyed, brown hair, and white.
