Why you're craving is important. You may be craving it because that's the only food your body gets the most benefit from.
Do you know your saliva PH?
How's your stomach acid?
How are your teeth, skin, and hair?
Are you overweight or at the top of your BMI?
Are you blue eyed, or dark brown?
All of these point to deficiencies, which are the reason for cravings.
