This is counterintuitive to many people. We take high thiol/sulfur supplements and medications to detox from heavy metals, yet we have to be careful about consuming them. Since they kick up--mobilize--heavy metals, we have to consume them wisely and carefully. We need additional antioxidants to protect against the damage from mobilized HMs.
