Hey there,
Have you had your genetics tested? Maybe you are coming up against a lack of an enzyme for the l cysteine. I'm sorry I don't know if it would stir up metals, but it might start up a chemical reaction that could require a great amount of a mineral or other chemical that you are lacking due to the metals and/or genetics. A viscous cycle so to speak.
Have you heard of a "rage-aholic"? Keep in mind that rage could certainly be caused by mercury, but there is another component.
If you coninually feel low, from low adrenals caused by the Hg, you could get a "high" from rage as it shoots up your cortisol, and this feels "good" in a backwards sort of way. This creates a kind of addictive response and you will enjoy getting "rage" on some biochemical and psychological level.
Just something to watch out for so you don't develop a habit and always blame it on the mercury.

I know what you mean.
What about liver flushing? Forgive me if you posted this somewhere, but have you tried it?
It has helped me a lot to "let go" of some old anger patterns and grudges. I was the worst at holding grudges and I tried and tried to calm down and let things go, the spirit was willing so to speak, but not the flesh, I just could not "feel" it, could not feel relief from anger or resentment for the longest time. Now after 11 flushes, I do, thank God.
I have had explosive anger too, it's not something anyone wants to admit.
I have also noticed the more I liver flush, the less angry I feel in general. What surprised me the most was when I started adding in the egg flush (I only do half a dose) from Tsetsi's famous post, I really felt better in that dept. The raw egg yolk full of choline and lecithin and vitamin d certainly calms the liver demons, which is where anger lives.
Also, hypoglycemia is a big big problem in causing angry outbursts. It's been documented that around 80% of prison inmates have hypoglycemia. Once again, the liver is involved in sugar regulation. And the liver flush is helping me massively with hypoglycemia too.

Great! Give them a go, they have helped so many and can really be a kind of "ace in the hole" when chelating, especially with ALA which relies on bile to excrete the Hg.
I would say start by getting a copy of Andreas Moritz' book asap.
I don't worry about the epsoms. They taste awful, just dilute the Tablespoon in a tiny amount of juice, swig it back and wash it down with water immediately, then it's all good.
I think the magnesium is actually welcomed by the body, honestly. It's calming.
The key for me was replenishing other minerals like potassium the next day, as many of us have low minerals anyway. That's what used to make me tired from the flushes, otherwise you feel pretty great for a few days! It's such an adventure:)
Have you checked out the liver flushing forum here on CZ?

Joe, this is the problem I have that concerns me. I can not take Vitamin C of all things. It makes me feel like my brain is melting behind my eyes. Do you think that it could be from some kind of healing going on in my brain?
Or is it from mobilizing mercury? I really want to take Vitamin C again.
