You do 2 iodines? I have to order more Iodine soon, I am running low. I will be getting Lugols and then I saw detoxadine Iodine (GHC makes it). I was trying to figure out which one to go with, but you're saying you did them/do them together?

I have the p73 extra strength Oregano oil in 140mg. They are softgels. That is stronger than the one my naturopath has me on. It's A.D.P. 50mg from Biotics Research Corp. I can do the silver, water. I have the Sota devices. You obviously bought a device to make the ozone and Colloidal Silver right?

I have mostly all the stuff you mentioned in this ridiculous suitcase, the mag spray oil, the tinctures of herbs, all the oils you mentioned, the vitamins, Iodine (not the detoxadine one though) . How much of the Hemp, flax and Nordic oil? If you can remember the amounts of the things you took, that would be SUPER HELPFUL.

DMSO & MSM... ever use those? My brain is slow today.. I think the Oxypowder has one of those in it. Can't think today. I'm guessing you forgot to mention probiotics. Those are super necessary for me. I like the VSL#3 (very expensive though - it's prescription 400billion and they also have a 900billion, but it's $180 ) I use Garden of Life 100billion in the orange bottle and they have another one that is 400billion that I just bought because I thought it would be cheaper than the VSL. I don't think it will because it's not going to last 30 days.
You can culture the probiotics too. You add a packet of VSL or 1 or 2 caps, purified water and a prebiotic into a mason jar and give it time at room temp. Use it to replenish flora in your colon after doing a coffee enema/cleanse.

I stopped doing coffee enemas right now because i wasn't sure if my colon was too toxic to do one. Even after doing a warm water flush before the coffee e, I am nervous that I could possibly make my body worse if I have a high toxin load in my colon. WHat do you think?

This prednisone really has to go! It shuts down my body's ability to do what it has to do to kill anything nasty. I feel effing toxic because of suppressing my body for so long. It's only 10mg, but it still is 10mg of poison that my body doesn't need. Every morning around the time that I have to take my white little tablet of death, I am in rough shape. The pain is horrendous and the bleeding is bad too. Forget about ever skipping a dose of that stuff, IDK what would happen.
