Crohn's colitis. The inflammation is the entire length of the colon. It's severe. The most inflammation is at the end of my colon. I've had to have surgeries to remove abnormal cells. My terminal ileum is normal, stomach inflamed at the time of the scope. I don't have symptoms of acid reflux or discomfort despite the report. My symptoms are more UCish than Crohn's because of the constant rectal bleeding. I take prednisone for the inflammation (I've tried all the mainline meds for the disease - it doesn't touch the inflammation. The harder more toxic drugs, like 6-MP, Imuran, Remicade - allergic/too strong). I'm 36
