He was the medical director-previously he was head medical director of the space station for something like 20 years. NASA its not like they are rocket scientist!

I would see a biological dentist and get a cavitat at very least. Find a good biological dentist-pay to get checked-if there is no infection then move on. No doctor in the world will tell you its good to leave an infection in your body
This is a shitty disease-you wont have perfect knowledge-there will not be double blind studies, nobody but you will help you or is in charge. You are in charge-take some time but then take some action-it wont get better doing nothing
