My saliva test showed low estrodial. the pre-menopausal range is 1.3 to 3.3 and I am 0.6

Do you know how low estrogen relates to adrenals? Is it caused by not enough cortisol? Maybe that is why I am not reacting well to the progesterone now because my estrodial is so low?

I will be 44 in April. A few months ago my estrogen eas in range.
