Re: L theanine, magnesium. low cortisol?

Yes, I have high anxiety and adrenaline. I do not know for sure if I am high cortisol or low. I had a saliva test done one month ago. It came back okay in the morning, low at noon, low at 5pm, and low at 10 pm. Then I was told people were complaining that this particular lab was giving everybody low results, so I tried another lab, ZRT. ZRT came back on the high side for cortisol. But when I did the first saliva test, I was not using progesterone cream. During the 2nd saliva test I was using progesterone cream but ZRT labs assured me that progesterone usage will not affect my cortisol results. But, my naturopathic doctor says it will affect cortisol levels, and I did find some info on the internet and it said it can raise cortisol. So I will be testing yet again :(
