do you feel the worms in the groin area as victim 2 if you have Gongylonema pulchrum you would only feel them in throat and mouth buccal cavity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gongylonema_pulchrum if you are feeling them elsewhere like groin or lower extremities you probably have something else. For humans, this parasite never makes it further than the oral cavity, and is often surgically or manually extracted.
