I don't know about eggs but the larvae used to get in my root canal until advice from a vet told me to keep the ivermectin in my mouth as long as possible and swirl it around before swallowing this also helped with the strongyloids in my sinuses which is the reason for the severe headaches from albendazole. Ivermectin is my favorite medicine in this nightmare of strongyloids after just a week or two the root canal pain was completely gone and sinus headaches were a minimum. I still use this method every time with all the parasite meds I take.
