Re: Please give me some feedback on my possible case of AF and the role of B12 in it all

thanks for your input sherpa.

I have just ehard of that DNA test you mentioned and will most likely go ahead with that to get a look at the big picture.

On a side note, I have stemmed off from my B12 theory now as I self-administered a shot of b12 and saw no massively positive results throughout the following week, I still was fatigued and still had persistent brain fog and my ever so annoying stammer.

I may have mentioned this somewhere prior but for a few years since accutane I have suffered from bleeding gums. From research I gathered it was a vitamin C deficiency which then led me on to believe it could be an adrenal gland issue. However after getting a 4x cortisol test the results showed I had relatively normal cortisol levels throughout the day which only stayed elevated after 6pm.

So that's where I found phosphatidyl serine. While I am sleeping better I am still fatigued, brain fogged and feel as though I am mentally giving out 50% in all aspects of life.

I am about to look at the whole digestion side of things and work out whether I have developed some sort of malabsorbtion from accutane.

My thoughts so far linger around celiac disease, candida overgrowth and leaky gut.

If anyone has seen success from similar symptoms it would be great to hear some advice.

Regards.
