Hey all,
So I'm 22 now and believe I have been suffering from adrenal fatigue for the last 3 years and perhaps weakened adrenal glands all my life.
Some of the most notable symptoms I encounter are a persistent stammer, eye floaters, bleeding gums, muscle aches around my shoulders, terrible memory, eye lid twitches and all round brain fog.
Now I'm pretty certain this fully encompasses the symptoms of AF however the other day I got my b12 checked and was low, so the doc gave me a injection of that and hey presto, about 2 days later I was feeling amazing, incredibly articulated and full of energy.
My question here, among others is, is there a connection with the bodies ability to retrieve b12 from food when under stress from weak adrenal glands?
I have sent off for a 4x cortisol test and am waiting on results.
However as I am so certain my adrenal glands are exhausted I have started taking more vit C, which really only stopped my gums bleeding, have started taking melatonin and phospholated serine to help with my poor sleep and am currently taking ox bike 500mg to improve digestion.
I have ordered Dr. L. Wilsons adrenal fatigue quartet online and hope this will kick start my adrenal glands.
I feel my case is very bad so I'm now wondering if hydrocortisone would be also beneficial to me?
Any advice helps,
Thanks :)
