Re: Sea Salt as salt bath?

Have you done a dead Sea Salt bath yet, Matthew. I also settled on Dead Sea because I can buy it in bulk. I bought an 8 lb bag for now.

I was also very pleased that the Dead Sea Salt was similar to Celtic, even better, as the sodium content is much lower. It seems the perfect balance between all the minerals. I have definitely fallen in love. I take full baths and it is so stress relieving and rejuvenating! I usually do it close to bedtime, which is great ! I wish I had known about this a long long time ago ! I guess as they say.. better late than never ! Tweet
