Sea Salt as salt bath?
This is a post that spans both the magnesium and salt forums and so I will add it to both.
I have been having success with magnesium. I am taking Mg Taurate orally and Mg Sulfate in the bath tub. There is no disputing the health benefit. However, I feel like I am reaching a plateau; I am at the 3-month mark on oral supp. and because I run a couple times a week I have done
Epsom Salt baths weekly for at least two years.
My question, or rather realization, is that I believe
Sea Salt could be even more beneficial that just the magnesium form. I thought to the times I would go every summer to the beach as a kid and how good, vibrant, and relaxed I would feel and do believe this was no coincidence. That by being in the water for a few hours each day had tremendous health benefit.
My question is have others reached similar conclusions? If so, what should be used as
Sea Salt ? Perhaps creating a salt blend? I have not looked into purchasing bulk
Sea Salt , but could imagine that the cost may be prohibitive.
