I drink a small amount of the cat's claw after eating(a small gulp)  I make it to the same dilution of the quassia, as its a very strong root.
So 1 teaspoon in a large teapot which is about 600ml.

As an extra Tactic for anyone reading this thread. I'd like to say that Bicarbonate of Soda is also a very good to take with the herbs already mentioned. 

A combination that was very powerful for me was -
Bicarbonate of soda, then Quassia, then Cats claw. A sip of each.

The Bicarbonate kills on contact, While the quassia seems to attack the whole system. It's effective as It hits the candida from two angles, just pretty nasty to taste.

I actually no longer need to do this, but for anyone, feeling cornered by candida, this is what Candida absolutely hates. It's essentially Salts and Bitters, and candida cannot live with either of these. Gauge what amount is best for you, It doesn't take much, just regular use. And remember, There is absolutely light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck!

Update 1 year and and a few months on, I'm feeling great now. I'd just like To add an extra note of precaution that Quassia does lower your sex drive if you take too much. If you feel any loss of sex drive buy yourself some Tongkat Ali, it will get you back to normal.

Or just don't take too much!

Tbh I'd reccomend you take Tongkat regardless, just makes your whole body stronger. I feel great.
