Yes, I've seen that report.

I found that its so strong I only have to take a small amount for it to work.
I'm still using my original bag from 2 years ago.

But your right to bring that up, as I have been cautious about not taking too much.

I know from friends that Jamaicans use it as a tea, for various illnesses and to rid themselves of worms. So It is safe for human consumption.

But absolutely, don't take too much. Its so bitter I don't think you physically could anyway.
