I put 1 teaspoon into a large teapot, so about 600ml. It doesn't go bad so I can just leave it in the fridge and fill a bottle or cup when I like.
I usually take a take a sip of it after eating, this has been my routine for the past few months. I took It on the odd occasion before that.
So in total about 2 cups a week. Spead over all the meals.
If you do decide to take it, your body will probably let you know how much is too much. Or when you no longer need it.
Thats how I'm gauging it at this point.
