I apologize if this info I am about to discuss is invalid to this thread, or if it has already been covered someplace else. I haven't had much chance to brouse and have a busy household at this time. I would just like to point you to a couple of links and hope if you investigate further it may help shed some light on some of your unanswered questions regarding this nanotechnology based weapon and its structures. I'm not educated in this field, but when I read the word semi-conductor, a light bulb came on. This makes perfect sense, knowing who is behind the population control schemes. Again I am sorry if this is old information but I have followed many stories and only just now realize the connection, took me long enough.

The answer is: Jacob Rothschild. British billionaire owns the company Blackstone, which in turn owns the company Freescale Semiconductors.

Also there is a list of related companies one could find if the searched further that could also give clues as to the technologies they have combined to create this insane weapon against humanity.
