Often it is compartmentalization and
holding workers to confidentiality
agreements which allows a few factions
behind the scenes to coordinate components
of an operation in such a way that they
are not aware of the whole picture. I
would assume that those actually doing
the spraying are told that the chemicals
are harmless and used for radar or weather
or any number of reasons one could concoct.
While these purposes may also be true, they
would not be told that the agents include...
whatever biologicals are included.

One can also not help but think about the
demographics of recent food contamination
outbreaks from tomato salmonella to the
dog food contamination. It seems that those
events could have even been orchestrated
for purposes of an agenda for eugenics.
It may have been tests and down the road
we could see widespread manipulation of
food and drugs to further degrade the
immune system of the populace.

Our immune system is in the cross-hairs on
many fronts from vaccines to food and airborne
pathogens. This year, in the US it became
mandated that every newborn's DNA be collected.
Some say this will enable scientists to make
DNA specific weaponized biologicals which can
target certain groups through their DNA.

The ultimate goal is to whittle down the
population on the planet.
