The reliable source is YOU. Most candida diet books will have great ideas but you must approach them with your own specific food intolerance.
Keep with your diet and add one food at a time (if you add more than one you wont know which one you are reacting to). Listen to your body. If adding berries is fine, it is a very good sign.
