Candida: Re-introducing food
Hi everyone! I'll start with , I have candida probably my whole life. Acne, mood swings, UTI. I had a scare of kidney failure 7 months ago which is why i started the diet. Im only 23 y.o.
First
I started with a cleanse and diet. Very strict lost 60 lbs.
Second
Herbs and probiotic spring water and only chicken. And after a few months plain nonfat greek yogurt. I also added berries. Which seem to be fine.
My problem is adding food back. A lot of "candida friendly" recipes i.e. pinterest are not conducive. Anyway i tried unsweetened cocoa and I broke out in hives. Which i found out is no good because it has caffeine.
I have a lot of questions! 😆
I also started MSM. I read 2000 mg 2x a day for 7 days. 1000 after. Good or bad?
Am i ready to introduce new food , or was that just to harsh for my system?
And what should I eat now after 6 months of lifestyle change?
And where is a reliable source for recipes😄
