Jus finished meditating. All my meditations sitting cross-legged are thirty minutes long and involves a tape. The tape is for tapping in to the master's energy and build a connection to him. I can only do the single lotus, where only one leg is up. When I lose twenty pounds, I will be able to do the double lotus. Can't wait.:-D Wish I could meditate repeatedly but my legs will hurt so I'll have to wait two hours to do the next meditation. On to Science videos. :-)
