What are you doing to support adrenals?

It would be interesting to hear how you respond to even 10mg pregnenolone twice per day, maybe with a little adrenal *cortex* glandular

Are you getting plenty of magnesium, maybe in the glycinate form?

Are you getting enough fluids and electrolytes?
