ive had adrenal issues for years. keep on top of all my elecrolytes. Magnesium spray for 5 years now. I have this one stressor left you see. And I know I have a problem with copper (slow oxidizer, liver, adrenal dysfunction) and histamine (low cortisol,biounavailalbe copper/calcium).

when i dont get these months of setback im otherwise fine. Just dont know what my adrenal response is - to the copper or to the histamine! Tweet
